We do have some interns that can see clients on sliding scale. If you are looking to start counseling please reach out. Owner and Clinical Director of PSCS. Dr. Ramella provides oversight to our clinicians and brings 30 years of clinical and mental health experience to the practice and provides a wealth of knowledge to those she supervises. She has worked in Crisis Management for Fire and Police Departments in the Valley for many years. She holds a PhD in Psychology and is a licensed professional counselor and certified clinical supervisor.

Henry specializes in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion management and providing crisis counseling times of need utilizing techniques that are tailored to the individual. Henry’s goal is to help everyone become the best version of themselves. It is very important to Henry to help first responders as they are the backbone of our community and provide structure and comfort in our hectic society. With his experience working with children and adolescents, he believes that making sure that the youth are optimistic and excited about their future is the first step in creating a better society.
Henry received his Master's in Counseling Psychology at the University of North Dakota, and his Bachelors in Psychology also at the University of North Dakota. Henry has worked with various populations ranging from adults in drug rehabilitation, to children and adolescents in a school and non-school setting. Henry uses a combination of Emotion Focused Therapy, Coherence Therapy, and can also provide Faith-Based Counseling.

Sarah Hanley is an amazing Licensed Associate Counselor, who provides professional counseling for children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of life difficulties, changes, stress, or trauma. She focuses on achieving balance in life, by processing and focusing on one’s emotional response.
Sarah has been in the behavioral health field for over 5 years with specialized experience in the treatment of children, utilizing play therapy; adolescents and adults in life transitions, depression, and anxiety; crisis support.
Sarah works together with her clients to create an open, collaborative, growth oriented environment where clients can process and unravel difficulties. In session, clients can expect a safe space where constructive ideas can be identified and practiced.
Throughout therapy Sarah uses a multitude of strength-focused interventions while incorporating other methods such as; Solution focused therapy, Narrative therapy as well as mindfulness in a non-judgmental environment.
Sarah graduated from Arizona State University with an education focused in child/human development and received her Master’s in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Debbie is an integrative therapist. She believes that an individual’s beliefs guide and impact their abilities to create solution for their healing. She works to create change through empowerment and helping others to bring forth their inner strengths, as well as helping them to identify their capabilities and resiliencies as they may identify them.
Providing an environment that promotes healing and comfort allows individuals the ability to experience and explore the problems they may be facing with an open mind. Her desire is to help you begin a successful journey toward healing by building an individual’s mind, body, and spirit connection. She will afford her clients the opportunity to achieve an overall sense of well-being and relief from their difficulties.
She has received her Master's of Science degree and now works under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director Dr. Kerry Ramella. Debbie works from a solutions focused therapy and enjoys helping clients to design goals and look towards the future to provide a sense of desire to move forward and be successful.
Eliminating irrational thoughts and recognizing strengths manifests a sense of empowerment allowing an individual to take the steps forward.
Life in general can be a struggle at times, it is her passion to assist clients in designing a toolbox that best fits their needs when life feels less than optimal for them.

Hi ya’ll! My name is Haleigh, and I am excited to begin my Counseling Profession. I recently graduated with my Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Prior to beginning my graduate studies, I dedicated my time to providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism and other behavioral issues. This experience was incredibly rewarding and solidified my passion for working with youth, who have truly captured my heart.
My goal as a counselor is to support and empower young individuals, helping them navigate the challenges they face. I have a particular interest in trauma and am skilled in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions and Brain Spotting to aid in the healing process. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and understanding environment for all my clients.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your journey toward mental wellness. I look forward to working together! I see ages children from the age of 5 all the way up to adults for individual counseling. I will clinically supervised by Dr Kerry Ramella.

Dolores (D.C.) Ernst is a Licensed Mater of Social Work. She graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Social Work degree. D.C. has been working in the field of victim advocacy and crisis response for over 20 years. It is her passion to help others facing difficulties in their life. She utilized Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing in treatment.
D.C. has experience with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and individuals who are victims of crime (such as domestic violence, sexual assault, and next-of-kin of homicide victims).
D.C. has experience working with adults, including first responders. Her goal is to provide a safe, non- judgmental space for individuals to explore and process difficulties, identify personal strengths, and develop new ideas and practices.

Emily Priest is a Licensed Master of Social Work Clinician. She graduated from Arizona State University with her Master of Social Work degree. Emily works with children, adolescents, and adults who are living with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, general life stressors, and other mental health conditions.
As a first responder wife and daughter, Emily has a passion for serving this community. She has worked with variety of populations such as first responders and their family members, children and adolescents in the foster care system and the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, and individuals who are nearing end of life.
Emily has a client- centered, strength based approach and uses a variety of modalities including Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Emily has training as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. She utilizes a strengths-based, genuine, and non-judgmental approach, with the end goal for client’s to eventually be able to manage their own lives independently outside of therapy.

Clint is a Licensed Associate Addiction Counselor (LAAC) who brings a wealth of life experience to his work. He provides individual therapy for adults and older adolescents, focusing on substance use and addiction, as well as depression, anxiety, job burnout, and life stressors. Clint takes a client-centered, strength-based approach, using Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to empower each person on their path to recovery and wellness. Sober since May 2013, Clint understands the journey firsthand and is passionate about helping others build purposeful, fulfilling lives. Sophia is a counseling intern, under the direct supervision of Dr Kerry Ramella. She is actively pursuing her Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis in Trauma Counseling from Grand Canyon University. Her educational background and undergraduate studies are in forensic psychology. She has been working in the mental health field for about 2 years mainly working with adolescents, various adult mental health, and substance abuse. She is trained and certified in Crisis Intervention and de-escalation techniques. She comes from a background of military service, currently on year 8 of serving in the U.S Army. She is greatly passionate about helping the first responder and military populations. Her goal as a counseling intern is to create a safe space for her clients and to aid them in navigating their life goals. She looks forward and is thankful for allowing her the opportunity of being apart of your journey!.

Rhonda is a counseling intern under the supervision of Dr. Kerry Ramella.
Rhonda has a passion for helping people find balance, strength, and calm in the midst of life’s challenges. A wife, mother, and former 911 dispatcher, she brings nearly two decades of experience supporting others through crisis. Now pursuing her career in mental health counseling, Rhonda is dedicated to walking alongside clients of all ages on their healing journey.
Her areas of focus include individual counseling, children and teens, stress management, family counseling, and health and wellness. Rhonda values creating a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow.

Rhys is a counseling intern under the supervision of Dr. Kerry Ramella. She is a third-year graduate student in Northern Arizona University’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. Rhys has a strong interest in supporting individuals living with disabilities and managing chronic pain. She also works with clients facing depression, anxiety, and trauma, and values creating a welcoming space where people from all walks of life feel understood and supported.
Her developing counseling style emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and a whole-person perspective. She is interested in approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based practices, and looks forward to integrating these as she grows as a therapist. Rhys views therapy as a journey of discovery, where clients explore challenges as well as resilience, values, and capacity for healing. She believes meaningful change happens through connection and is committed to walking alongside clients on their path forward.

Brian earned a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Argosy University in San Francisco in 2005 and is a Licensed Professional Counselor through the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health. He has been working as a firefighter for the past 16 years and has been working in Mental Health and Wellness for over 20 years.
He provides couples counseling and utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy and attachment theory based techniques to help couples foster change, believing in exploring attachment patterns to find new ways to engage and explore more positive ways to reconnect and foster more emotional connection with our partners.
He also provides individual counseling and has a wide range of experience treating substance abuse, anxiety, depression, anger, compassion fatigue and those feeling stuck. He utilizes motivational and cognitive techniques to help create new ways of thinking and feeling.
